At CSW PROPERTIES we realise the importance of your business and accept that what may seem a small job can actually prevent your company from trading, thus losing takings, that is why we aim to clear those problems up.

Whether it be replacing a faulty wall heater in the rest room to keep up staff morale or replacing a damaged socket on the sales floor allowing customers into that area of the shop, we are here to assist.

In our opinion, ALL jobs are important and not just the so-called BIG ones. Without the little jobs being done we find that business suffers. For instance, lights out in a shop creates a dull area and case studies show that customers are less likely to browse in that area. This is why as part of our reactive service we offer a re-lamping programme. Also, when we attend site to carry out other reactive work, we stay on site and replace lamps that have blown (with prior customer approval), saving on an extra visit.
